Job Summary
We are seeking an assistant for the Health Ministry to take on apprenticeship to fulfill the role of the Health Ministry.
Responsibilities
- Representative role at Vedic celebrations (Guru Purnima, 12 January, Dhanvantari)
- Attendance in Global Council meetings
- Chairman of IMAVF and MCPHI
- Overseeing all activities of Maharishi AyurVeda worldwide
- Understanding how all departments and modalities work
- Managing exceptions to the rules and other issue that may arise
- Create rules & regulations & document them
- Strategic role to grow income for Maharishi AyurVeda (MAV) by expanding its products, services, and courses to new audiences — monitoring the activity of the International Maharishi AyurVeda Foundation (IMAVF) and the Maharishi College of Perfect Health International (MCPHI).

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with high energy, initiative, and a deep dedication to expanding Maharishi AyurVeda globally. You are both strategic and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex operations while maintaining focus on long-term growth. As a natural collaborator and communicator, you thrive in a multinational environment, bringing people together across diverse departments and digital platforms. You are adaptable, comfortable making clear decisions when navigating exceptions or challenges, and passionate about structuring rules and systems that foster organizational excellence.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in a global non-profit, working with a remote team or in a multinational organization,
- Education and qualifications: medical doctor, TM Sidha or TM Governor,
- ? Business development, sales, or e-commerce experience,
- ? Comfortable with digital platforms, CRMs, or LMS/course-hosting tools,
- Fluency in English (written and verbal),

Compensation
Monetary Compensation: To be discussed.
