Job Summary
We are seeking an AV Operations & Event Broadcast Specialist to manage live video recordings, stream broadcasts, set up audiovisual systems during major celebrations, and support Maharishi Channel broadcasts.
This role is based in the Video Department and provides technical coverage for MERU celebrations, Raja training courses, and global broadcast operations.
Responsibilities
1. Live Event Production & Broadcast Operations
- Record presentations, family chats, and major events (e.g., Guru Purnima) while setting up multi-location video connections.
- Broadcast celebrations via the Maharishi Channel and coordinate content streams alongside communication leads.
- Operates direct video lines within MERU facilities, such as the new residence building and Maharishi’s Vastu.
2. AV Infrastructure & Technical Setup
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot video equipment, displays, and connections at global celebrations and off-site locations.
- Maintain equipment readiness and coordinate with IT staff for seamless live streaming.
About You
You are an energetic, practical problem-solver who excels under the dynamic pace of live events. You enjoy hands-on technical work with audio/video hardware and value serving global audiences during sacred celebrations.
Skills and Qualifications
- TM Sidha, TM Teacher, or TM-Sidhi Administrator rooted in Maharishi's knowledge and principles.
- Practical experience with live AV setups, cameras, video switchers, audio mixing, and streaming setups.
- Basic understanding of network routing, live connections, and broadcast hardware.
- Experience working in international teams or live event environments.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
