Job Summary
We are seeking a Course Materials & Digital Distribution Manager to oversee the online delivery, website access, and security management of all educational and course materials produced by the Ministry.
This role serves as the primary bridge between content creation and global distribution, supporting platforms like MERU Academy, Online TTCs, MCPHI, and the TM App.
Responsibilities
1. Digital Course Dissemination & Platform Support
- Manage web-based streaming platforms for ongoing online courses, SCI courses, and special lectures.
- Coordinate technical access for third-party websites (MIU, MCPHI, Raam Raj Foundation, TM App) to play streaming content.
- Provide operational support for course registration and payment systems for online MERU courses.
2. Platform Security & Systems Administration
- Oversee and maintain secure streaming systems, including two-factor authentication (2FA) systems for restricted portals like the Online TTC.
- Assist in distributing printed materials and book publications in coordination with MIPD and Roger Audet’s office.

You are an organized, tech-savvy administrator who enjoys web systems, user security, and digital logistics. You thrive on ensuring that users across the globe have smooth, secure access to essential materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- TM-Sidha, TM-Teacher, or Administrator thoroughly grounded in Maharishi's knowledge.
- Proficiency with web administration, digital streaming platforms, basic web security (2FA setups), and LMS tools.
- Experience handling digital transactions, registration portals, or digital asset management.
- Experience working in a global non-profit or remote multinational team.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
