Job Summary
We are seeking a Consciousness-Based Education (CBE) Institutional Division Leader to lead and expand the implementation of Consciousness-Based Education, Transcendental Meditation, and Yogic Flying in educational institutions worldwide, including High Schools, Colleges, and Universities.
This role operates within the Education Ministry and works in close collaboration with the International Foundation for Consciousness-Based Education (IFCBE).
Responsibilities
1. Oversee Educational Institutional Programs & Teacher Training
- Coordinate and support the implementation of Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying programs across school and university divisions.
- Facilitate Teacher Training Courses (TTCs) for schoolteachers to become TM teachers within institutional settings.
- Collaborate with international ambassadors and leaders to expand CBE adoption globally.
2. Curriculum & Material Dissemination
- Manage and supply specialized CBE educational materials, including Unified Field charts, course overview charts, and main point charts.
- Ensure proper training for educators on how to teach according to core CBE principles.
- Coordinate with the Course Materials Office to provide streaming and digital course materials for educational institutions.

Skills and Qualifications
- TM Teacher or TM-Sidha Administrator with a complete understanding of Maharishi's Consciousness-Based Education principles.
- Proven experience in educational administration, curriculum implementation, or academic leadership.
- Familiarity with organizing or facilitating Teacher Training Courses (TTCs).
- Experience working in a global non-profit, remote team, or multinational organization.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt quickly to organizational needs.
