Job Summary
We are seeking a Teacher Support and Development Lead to bridge the "gap" between TTC graduation and active teaching, ensuring that the momentum generated during training is translated into professional success. This consolidated role manages the entire lifecycle of a teacher—from the first critical months in the field to ongoing professional and spiritual refreshment for experienced governors.
Responsibilities
- New Graduate Onboarding (First 3-6 Months): Establish a mentorship framework and liaise with National Offices to ensure an "environment ready" for new teachers, including pre-scheduled introductory talks and local support.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Motivate and implement SOPs within national offices to clear administrative and legal hurdles for teachers.
- Ongoing Education & Refreshment: Develop and manage Rest and Relaxation (R&R) programs and World Peace Assemblies (WPA) specifically for governors to provide spiritual refreshment.
- Specialized Training: Promote and organize Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and training in specialized modalities like Aroma Therapy, Light Therapy, and Maharishi Yoga Asanas.

- You are relationship-oriented, dedicated to helping teachers reach their dharmic goals and maintain their inspiration.
Skills and Qualifications
- TM Sidha or TM Governor status is required.
- Deep knowledge of TM course structures, Maharishi’s legacy, and the needs of Consciousness-Based Education (CBE).
- Fluency in English and experience in a global non-profit.
