Job Summary
We are seeking a Database Developer to build and maintain a unified "source of truth" for the global movement, capturing the entire history of meditators from their initiation through their journey to becoming teachers. This role is essential for creating a "talent hub" that provides leadership with an overview of available expertise across national and international levels.
Responsibilities
- Automated Data Integration: Implement automated systems to ensure a frictionless flow of information between disparate databases, including ICO, TTC Office, MFI, and national records.
- System Unification: Coordinate with MFI and international experts to integrate legacy records and unify teacher/meditator data into a single, accessible portal.
- Process Optimization: Replace manual, error-prone data entry with automated synchronization to allow for immediate status updates (e.g., student to sidha to teacher).
- Access Management: Develop multi-level access protocols for Rajas, National Directors, and Finance Offices to view relevant data according to their responsibilities.

You possess the initiative to centralize complex, parallel workflows across a multinational organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in automated data integration and managing complex databases.
- Experience with tools such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise-level systems.
- Strong understanding of multinational data environments and the ability to work with remote global teams.
